Shipping and Delivery
Once your order has been processed, our logistics partner will collect it from our warehouse for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, typically taking 3-10 business days. For customers in remote areas, delivery may take slightly longer. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers. It is important for customers to provide accurate shipping details, as any additional fees arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses will be the customer’s responsibility. Once the product is delivered to the address provided, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. We advise all customers to inspect received products promptly and notify us of any issues, such as damage or defects, within a 5-day period.
